New U2 Album Delayed

The highly anticipated new U2 album is reportedly delay after the band decided to discard the material they have been working on for the last 12 months in favour of fresh new material. The Edge told CMUMusic.com “we went into this project allowing ourselves the indulgence of making music without thinking about where it was going to end up. We’re getting serious now.”
The band are currently ranked at number 22 in the Rolling Stone magazines’ Top 100 Greatest Artists of All Time list.
